Driving Instructors/Coaches

In accordance with Competition Rules, Chapter 4, Rule 9 b) a Cadet aged Driver must complete at least eight (8) Karting Activities of no less than 1 hour duration on a Karting Australia (KA) licenced track prior to undertaking an Observed Driving Session (ODS).

  • At all times while the Driver is participating in the required Karting Activity, they must be supervised by either:
    • A Parent who is the holder of a Participants License; or
    • A person who is 18 years of age or older who is the holder of a racing licence issued by or recognised by KA; or
    • A driving instructor/coach who is recognised by KA.

Driving Instructors/Coaches recognised by Karting Australia and have the appropriate Working With Children’s Checks are listed below.
