Competing at this weekend s Whyalla City Titles will be local driver Darrol Jones.

This weekend will see the return of the Whyalla City Tiles to the Whyalla Kart Club.

The Whyalla City Titles is the premier event, with more than 55 drivers competing.

Drivers attending include former state and national champions, meaning patrons will see plenty of fast and close racing.

Also up for grabs is the sought after teams events, drivers teaming up in teams of three and trying to accumulate as few points as possible.

This is a on par with the 2013 city titles, many drivers wanting to come back and defend their title or move that next step up the drivers standings.

The Whyalla Kart Club would like to thank all the sponsors for helping with the event.

The Whyalla City Titles are on Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 22.

Gates open on Saturday at 9am, racing starting at 12pm.

Sunday is an earlier start with the karts to commence racing at 9am.

Free entry and full canteen facilities available.
