SUNDAY’S cold and windy conditions failed to douse the heat on the racetrack during Round 6 of the Darwin Karting Association’s title series.
The highly contested clubman lights produced some white-hot racing, with Royce Nott winning three of the four races from Kevin Norman and John Daniel-Luke.
Rookie point-score frontrunner Tom Maxwell was absent, which allowed Jordan Smith and Alison Lamb to sample the plentiful fruits of victory in that class.
