TV ALERT – KARTING TO BE FEATURED ON THE TODAY SHOW

Steve Jacobs will be trackside at Newcastle this Friday morning

Karting will be featured on Channel Nine’s award winning breakfast television show, the TODAY Show, this Friday.

Weather reporter Steve Jacobs will be broadcasting live from the Newcastle circuit, venue of this weekend’s round of the CIK Stars of Karting Series presented by Castrol EDGE, throughout the morning.

During his crosses Jacobs will speak about the sport of karting, check out the various levels of the sport while speaking with some of the competitors and getting behind the wheel himself.

Broadcast from 5:30am each day, the TODAY Show regularly attracts more than 300,000 viewers across the country – last Friday’s show attracted 341,000 viewers.
