The team at CRG Australia has continued their winning streak with a pair of victories at the Rotax Pro Tour event in Newcastle, New South Wales on the weekend.

Three-time Australian Champion Tyler Greenbury led the way for the team with his win in the Rotax Light category, which featured a capacity field of quality drivers.

Greenbury’s win is the second for the Queenslander since receiving the new evolution of the CRG LH1 chassis.

“Over the past few years Tyler has brought about some significant success for the CRG brand here in Australia and this latest victory is another superb reward for his talent in a great product,” said CRG Australia’s Chris Dell.

“To have two victories in as many starts with the new evolution of the CRG LH1 chassis highlights the continual development by the factory in Italy in the product. We look forward to much more success over the coming months.”

Joining Greenbury in the winner’s circle was fellow CRG driver Jason Pringle, who was victorious in the DD2 category. The Victorian fended off a spirited challenge by Thomas MacDonald throughout the final before taking the win.

Pringle’s win elevated him to the top of the Rotax Rankings in the DD2 category at the half way mark in the Rotax Pro Tour Schedule for 2012/2013.

The CRG Australia team will next be in action at Round Two of the Castrol EDGE CIK Stars of Karting Series at South Australia’s Bolivar Raceway on April 27/28.
