MOMENTOUS DAY FOR AUSTRALIAN KARTING

It was a momentous day for Australian karting today with the official opening of the new premises for the Australian Karting Association and Karting NSW in Penrith, NSW.

The official premises, located at 12 Macquarie Avenue, PENRITH, was officially opened by the Member for Londonderry, Bart Bassett MP, and Liberal Candidate for Lindsay, Fiona Scott (who was attending on behalf of the Hon. Tony Abbott), in conjunction with National President Craig Denton and Karting NSW CEO Steve King.

In attendance for the occasion was representatives from the NSW Department of Communities, Sport and Recreation, the Confederation of Australian Motorsport and the AKA’s National Karting Council.
