Macau postponed by one week - from the CIK-FIA

The CIK-FIA Asia-Pacific KF1 and KF3 Championships will be held one week later than the initially scheduled date of 4 December. On request of the Organiser, the Macau International Kart Grand Prix will take place from 8 to 11 December 2011. Special conditions will be granted by the Macau ASN to the participants to facilitate their accommodation and the provisional importation of their equipment to the territory of Macau.

In addition to the KF1 and KF3 competitors the meeting will include the last round of the Asian Zone Karting Open Championship (AKOC).

In 2010, the CIK-FIA Asia-Pacific KF3/Junior  Championship was won by Britain’s Matthew Graham ahead of Italy’s Luca Corberi and Thailand’s Supanut Suwankham.

Entries for the CIK-FIA Asia-Pacific Championship are open and on-line on www.cikfia.com. The closing date of entries is set at 14 November 2011.
