2013 Young Gun Titles preparations are well underway and it is gearing up to be another huge event for the junior karters.
A big thank you to the suppliers supporting this prestigious event – St George Kart Centre, IKD (International Karting Distributors), Anglo Australian Motorsports (Formula Ford) and LB Kart Supplies. Dunlop and Yamaha are also back supporting Young Guns so the prize pool is as big if not bigger than last year.
There will be the usual impressive trophies which are known for their size and prizes for 1st to 5th place. There are also a sportsman’s awards for each class. Each entry receives a ticket for a lucky door prize which includes a new CRG junior kart chassis, Yamaha J motor, and heaps of other draw.
Every entry also receives a competitor’s bag which includes a T-Shirt, competitor’s medallion and heaps of other goodies.
Three drivers aged over 14 years will be chosen by the sponsor (Mr Tim Beale) for the Formula Ford Driver Development Day with Anglo-Australian Motorsport. One competitor will be chosen by “Best in the class” from JMAX. The other two chosen drivers will be at the sponsors’ discretion.
