Although karting isn’t Australia’s most popular or recognised sport, but Glen Innes boy Dane James can’t get enough of the sport and it has been this way since he was just eight years old.
Last weekend he took on the state’s best at the NSW Karting Championships and his results show he is not far off the pace.
James placed 20th out of 26 competitors in the junior’s class at the championships at Oakburn Park in Tamworth but he was unlucky not to finish much higher.
