Sales & Marketing Manager
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to work within the KartingIndustry.  Located in Clayton, Drew Price Engineering is the manufacturer and wholesaler of Arrow Racing Karts, Australia’s number one kart, as well as a large range of aftermarket products.   The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience in managing and growing a sales team.  We require a passionate person with strong leadership skills, new sales techniques, sound marketing expertise and successful target accomplishments.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Introduce innovative sales techniques
• Initiate new sales and marketing strategies
• Create new systems and processes within the sales and marketing department
• Marketing
• Analyse and define business trends
• Business coaching and business planning
• Sales training and mentoring of staff
• Ensure achievement of strategies
• Meeting KPI’s and company objectives
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Maintain and improve relationships within existing dealer network

The successful candidate will possess the following skills & attributes:

• Proven management experience
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Experience within the automotive industry is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business/Sales is highly preferred
• This position requires some interstate and overseas travel
