Important Travel Advice from CDKC

Please note: Competitors travelling via the Great Western Highway to Lithgow and due to the on going road works there could be delays in the Lawson area. May we suggest that you allow an extra hour to your travel time, or consider to travel outside peak times, or travel via the Bells Line of Road, which starts in Richmond.

Camping & Accommodation
Camping is most welcome and free to competitors at Lithgow City Kart Raceway with top facilities. However during summer time there may be restrictions on open fires. Camping is not permitted in the pit area, or paddock area only in the official camping area. Please camp within the marked area and any club official will be only too pleased to direct you to the suitable location. Some power sites are available in the official camping area. Also you are invited to sleep over in the clubhouse all you have to do is to remember to bring your own bedding and vacate the club house at 5.30am prior to the race secretary’s office being open in the mornings. Alternatively there are plenty of local accommodation including motels, B&B, caravan parks and hotels. Please contact tourism@lithgow.com.you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
