Local drivers Todd Hazelwood and Paul Pittam doubled up in the annual City of Adelaide Titles held at Bolivar Raceway on the weekend.

The Fujitsu Cool-backed Hazelwood was the dominant junior driver for the event claiming a double victory including winning every race in the Junior Pro class. Fastest qualifier Luke Marquis took second ahead of Aidan James while Hazelwood’s other victory was much closer in Junior National Heavy with the top three dicing all weekend but in the end it was James who took second and Jonathon French third.

Marquis went one position better winning Junior National Light over Tyler Morrison, who charged his way from 13th and failing to finish the pre-final.

Pittam won both the Sportsman 125 Light and Heavy taking out every race apart from heat two in the Light category which saw George Gutierrez as the runner-up while Brandon Stillwell took second in the Heavy division.

Julian Lunetta has overcome a roll over in the heats to claim the victory in the Clubman Pro ranks. He was the driver to beat all weekend, setting the fastest time in qualifying before taking out the opening heat however everything turned upside down in heat two when he was involved in an incident that saw him roll his Tony Kart at turn three.

Lunetta hit back winning both the pre-final and the winner-takes-all 21-lap final leaving Nicholas Holmes-Karavas and Rocco Ventra to round out the podium.

Other victories across the weekend went to Chase Wooley (Midgets), Rhys Wooley (Rookies), Simon Layne (Clubman Over 40s Challenge), Mark Lunn (Sportsman SA), Rocco Ventra (Clubman Light), Andrew Cash (Clubman Heavy) Matthew Adam (Sportsman Restricted Light) and Alex Gaminiti (Sportsman Restricted Heavy).
