FOSTER FAMILY SHOW THE WAY IN WA

The Foster family have led the way during qualifying at the KTEQ Rentals Western Australian State Championships at the Cockburn International Karting Raceway in Henderson, Perth today.

Former national champion Kip Foster topped the timesheets in the Clubman Heavy category while his nephew, Lee Foster, also led the way in his category – Clubman Super Heavy. Also competing this weekend to make it a Foster quadrella is Kip’s wife Kerry and their son Scott.

In another family battle Kurt and Brodie Kostecki set the fastest times in their respective categories of Rookies and Junior National Heavy. CIK Stars of Karting Series competitor Jake Klarich led the way during qualifying for the Junior National Light category.

Adam Garnaut proved the dominant force in the Leopard categories by topping the timesheets in both the Light and Heavy categories. His time in Leopard Light was a mere five one-hundreths of a second ahead of Adam Marjoram.
