adidas All Star Award for Stars of Karting Series

One lucky driver receive their choice of a pair of adidas motorsport Kart XLT boots or adistar gloves following each round of the CIK Stars of Karting Series.

Organisers of the CIK Stars of Karting Series presented by Castrol EDGE have announced a new adidas contingency award – the adidas All Star Award.

The Award, which will be awarded to a driver who has put in an outstanding performance in one of the three Pro categories, will see one lucky driver receive their choice of a pair of adidas motorsport Kart XLT boots or adistar gloves following each round.

“The Stars of Karting Series is a perfect fit as we begin to build the adidas motorsport brand in Australia,” said adidas motorsport’s Jack Perkins.

“Coming from a karting background myself, I know what it means to have quality products while competing which is why I’ve recently partnered with team at adidas as their Australian distributor.

“The boots certainly stand out from the crowd and without doubt, the gloves are the best that I’ve worn throughout my racing career.  Now with our partnership with the Stars of Karting Series I can’t wait to share the great products with the karting community.”

The announcement comes fresh from adidas motorsport’s karting ambassador, David Sera, making a successful debut in the karting arena for the adidas motorsport range at the recent Australian National Sprint Kart Championships in South Australia.

The inclusion of the adidas All Star Award adds the adidas brand to the CIK Stars of Karting Series’ ever-growing list of partners including Castrol EDGE, MG Tyres, TransWest Insurance Brokers, Dunlop Kartsport and Blackberry.
