2026 AUSTRALIAN KART CHAMPIONSHIP VENUES ANNOUNCED

Karting Australia has finalised the dates and venues for the 2026 Australian Kart Championship, with five rounds to be hosted across four states from March to October.

As announced yesterday, the 2026 season will begin in the City of Coffs Harbour, NSW, on March 13 – 15 – a revised date from the originally published schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Round One will also feature a Social Karting Activity and a series of media commitments on the Thursday immediately preceding the event.

The Championship then travels to the Ipswich Kart Club in Queensland, for Round Two on May 15–17, the venue for round three on July 3-5 will be announced tomorrow morning.

Competitors will then head to the Eastern Lions Kart Club in Seymour, Victoria for the penultimate round, on September 4-6, before the Championship concludes at the Southern Go-Kart Club’s Bolivar Raceway on October 16-18 followed by the Gala Awards Dinner in the Adelaide CBD on the evening of Sunday October 18.

Full Championship entries will open tomorrow (Friday December 5) with further event information, entry details, and round-specific schedules will be released closer to each round.

The first version of the Championship Sporting Regulations will be released tomorrow morning with entries due to open for full Championship entries ONLY at 11am AEDT with the following schedule.

Teams and Competitors are reminded to consult the 2026 Championship Regulations, with particular attention to Article 11, which outlines rules relating to participation and practice outside of Australian Kart Championship meetings.
