Current Queensland State KF2 Champions, HDR Arrow Karts are proud to announce that they will now compete with the support of PepsiCo Beverages Australia for the remainder of calendar year 2014.

The Team’s helmet visors, karts and race equipment will be adorned with the Pepsi Max sugar-free cola’s distinctive brand and the team’s drink coolers will be filled with Pepsi Max, Pepsi and Pepsi Next.

“As a globally recognised and prominent beverage brand in the Australian market place, we are pleased to announce this partnership knowing that the HDR Arrow Karts Team members will benefit from the Pepsi Max kick of maximum taste and hydration, whilst competing at the highest level of our sport,” said Craig Doyle, Team Manager, HDR Arrow Karts.

“It’s important to give yourself every advantage in all areas of your preparation in any sport, particularly in Karting, where you are subjected to G forces and punishing conditions for prolonged periods of times. The paybacks of remaining well hydrated during the long days of a race weekend are massive, especially in the lead up to the all-important Finals. Pepsi Max delivers maximum taste without the sugar and calories found in other beverages, traditional sports or vitamin enhanced drinks.  It’s not only however just about fighting off the fatigue with plenty of hydration throughout race weekends, it’s also about fuelling up and building powerful partnerships with companies like PepsiCo Beverages Australia that ensures we give ourselves every advantage of being our best on and off the track.”

As the current KF2 Australian Championship Points leaders after Round 1 of the national 5 round CIK Stars of Karting Championship, the Pepsi Max supported HDR Arrow Karts Team is now fuelling up for long trek South West to Round 2 in Bolivar, SA at the end of the month.

Upcoming events for the HDR Arrow Karts Team are;

  • April 18-20 AKA 52nd National Sprint Kart Championships – Newcastle, NSW
