The Mount Gambier Karting Club gets back into action this weekend as the club hosts Round 1 of the 2008 Festival State Cup.
Drivers from all over the state will head to the Glenburnie track for 2 big days of racing this Saturday and Sunday.
The club wishes to advise the track is currently closed for practice until 12 noon Friday, and that late entries will be accepted until Saturday morning. Peolpe wishing to get more information can call Sarah on 0407 714 354.
Club members and officials have been putting the finishing touches on the track over the last few days, and with good numbers already entered its set to be a big weekend of racing.
